As the first residents to move in to Windsor at Glen Mills, Ken and Beth Foley have seen their neighborhood grow into a close-knit community. "The residents were quick to form an HOA," Ken said, "and the signup for committees has been fantastic. Living here is like being on a cruise: you can get involved as much as you want, or just sit back and enjoy the ride. The social committee has been great - they hold happy hours every Friday night, they organize holiday parties and trips, and the men on the committee even got together and hosted a ladies' breakfast in the clubhouse for Mother's Day."

With 14 years' experience in the construction industry, Ken was impressed with Windsor before he ever laid eyes on it. "We began looking at this building as soon as we saw the specs," Ken said.

"The pre-cast construction was really important to me. A lot of buyers might not have known to look for that, but they sure do appreciate it now. We're close to Route 1, and the pre-cast construction keeps it extremely quiet, whereas stick built just wouldn't do so well."

The Foleys downsized from a 4700 square foot home to their 1700 square foot corner unit at Windsor, and they haven't looked back. "It's very spacious," said Ken. "The units are larger than the ones we saw in other 55+ communities, and the choice here was definitely better. There was a nice selection of models here, and we feel like the one we have is just right for us."
